What's included

The full scope of work.

Every line below is part of the standard service. Nothing here is up-sell — it's what the truck gets when you book in.

Stroke, lining, drum, rotor, chamber — every number recorded against spec.

03

Quote

Itemized quote with the cheap repair and the right-way repair priced separately.

Repair

Air-brake certified techs. Spring brakes handled with the right tooling.

Common questions

Brake Systems — answered.

What gets a truck put out of service at a CVSA blitz?

Brake stroke beyond adjustment limits, broken pushrods, leaking chambers, 20%+ defective brakes on the truck. We catch all of these on the bench before the blitz window opens.

Do you do annual brake checks too?

Yes — included in our annual safety inspection. The pre-blitz check is a separate, deeper inspection focused on whatever CVSA is targeting that year.

What ABS / EBS systems do you cover?

Wabco, Bendix, Haldex, and Knorr-Bremse — full ECU scan, fault reset, and pneumatic-side verification.

How long does a full brake overhaul take?

One to two days for a tractor depending on how much of the system needs to come apart. Trailer overhauls are usually a single day.
